Preliminary Notices

20 June, 2008 (11:09) | general | By: karen

As any business owner knows, collecting payments from a client is the number one process to have in place. Because payments are the life line of any business, it is important to have a strategy in place for payment collection.

Unfortunately, for one reason or another, payments from clients can be late, or worse, they don’t come at all. In these unlikely situations it may be necessary to start the process of issuing preliminary notices to these clients. Usually once the notice is issued, the payment will be forthcoming.

Businesses who might have to spend hundreds, or even thousands, of dollars to try to collect payments may be will to accept a payment plan to recover the money that is owed to them.

For businesses, and consumers alike, having a open line of communication around payments may help to erase any potential billing and invoicing issues. By being clear on the terms of payment, and on the due date, a business will experience less late payments and unpaid invoices.

The New Dodge Nitro

Why is it that spring time makes us want to purchase a new vehicle?  Maybe it is the weather, or maybe we are longing for change after the long winter, who knows.

Recently, I was driving down the street and a vehicle caught my eye - it was stylish yet unusual at the same time. Upon getting closer I saw that this was one of the new Dodge Nitro’s, one of the hottest, most talked about new vehicles around. The  new Dodge Nitro vehicle has so many features that it is a favorite amoung families and individuals alike.

One fun thing I plan to do is visit a local Dodge dealership, like the dodge nitro san diego dealership, and take one of these fun vehicles for a test drive.

I really like the look of the Dodge Nitro, so it may be worth my while to investigate it further as a potential new vehicle for me.

Litter box training a dog

20 June, 2008 (10:45) | general | By: karen

I have always purchased older dogs, directly from the breeder, instead of buying a young puppy. I like the fact that older dogs are already trained, and (usually) easier to handle.

However, most people love puppies and would rather buy a puppy instead of an older dog.  Most new puppy owners are aware that there will be several months of training a new puppy, including litter box training a dog, and basic behavior commands.

It seems as though some breeds are easier to train (faster learners?) than other breeds. Some breeds understand quickly what they are suppose to do, and not suppose to do, while other take longer to catch on. Then you have some breeds that are pretty stubborn and will resist learning for as long as they can.

Whether you choose a new puppy or an older dog, there will be some adjustments to be made in your life and in your household. Regardless of your choice you will have a loving companion for years to come.

Probate Advance

19 June, 2008 (19:38) | general | By: karen

As the price of everything nowadays seems to be getting higher and higher, many people are looking for ways to increase their income or obtain cash lump sums to clear up any debt.

One uncommon way for someone to get ahold of some immediate case is by using a probate advance service. Of course, you must have money coming to you inorder to get an advance, but if you do, it may be worth you will to exercise the option.

A probate advance, an advance on money that is owed to you from an estate, is a quick and easy way to get your hands on some cash.

These advances are not loans that have to be paid back at some point in the future because the money is given to you from funds that you are already entitled to receive. Since some estates take a long time to settle, these advances will forward you some of the money now so that you do not have to wait for the settlement to be finalized.

Listen To Your Intuition

18 June, 2008 (10:20) | Law Of Attraction | By: karen

It is important to learn to distinguish inner guidance, and having an opinion, from judgment, otherwise we run the risk of not listening to our intuition and not allowing ourselves to form opinions. Inner guidance and opinions both help us to interact more intelligently in the world, so we don’t want to throw them out in an effort to avoid being judgmental.

Our intuition usually makes itself known to us in a flash, and often has a physical component—a flutter in our stomachs, sweaty palms, or a chill. When we use this information to help us navigate a situation, we always benefit. Similarly, having an opinion about a person or an idea allows us to converse about it in a focused way with intention.

Listening to our intuition and forming opinions are both positive outcomes of our ability to interpret the information that comes our way.
