Put some distance between you and stress
Take some time away from what you desire, put some distance between you, and the stress of not having what you want.
When was the last time you just appreciated life, and just felt good? People think oh, weekend, time to sit in my chair, and do nothing, and forget about my “troubles” but what you are really doing is just putting the vibe out there, and feeling good for the sake of feeling good but there is no reason not to do this every day, as much as you want.
I suggest taking several 10 minute sessions a day to just feel good, not trying specifically to manifest any particular thing, if something comes in to your mind, and it makes you feel good then fine, but dont stress or worry about it.
