It seems as though the telemarketers are in full force this spring - even with the National No Call Registry in place. The Registry is a list that contains all of people who have choosen to not have their names and numbers listed for telemarketers to call, and the telemarketers are suppose to abide by the list.
I am not sure they are obeying the rules though because everyone I know has commented they have received telemarketing calls even though they are on the list.
