Recognizing Anger
First let me say that anger is a normal part of life. Don’t feel that you should never get angry in fact it’s okay to get angry.
But it’s not okay to let your anger get out of control and destroy your life or the lives of those around you.
It’s not okay to carry that anger with you for years and years allowing it to fester to the point where the anger doesn’t allow you to move forward.
So now what do you do?
Change your expectations.
Not everybody is going to meet your expectations especially when they’re not even aware of what those expectations are.
Start with the understanding that you not everyone can live up to your expectations just like you’re not going to be able to live up to everybody else’s expectations.
Once you do this you won’t be getting so angry.
If you let anger get out of control and dominate your life it will destroy your relationships, your work experience and the overall quality of your life.
