Pick One Goal
Today decide on a goal, just one.
Spend a few minutes writing what it would like to achieve the goal. This will be just one goal that you know that you can achieve in one day. Break this goal into things that you can achieve in 10 minutes.
After each 10 minutes if you need to move away from it - allow yourself to. However, if you are still feeling motivated, keep going to within the next 10 minute project. As you accomplish each project, cross it off your list and allow yourself to feel good about yourself and your achievement.
