Question Your Fears

10 July, 2008 (11:16) | Law Of Attraction | By: karen

Instead of desperately trying to change the world to match our
thoughts about how things should be, by questioning these thoughts
we can release the fear and self-doubt.

Freedom is as simple as that.

Write a list of all the things you want to do, or accomplish, in your
life.

Now, review each item on the list one by one, and imagine yourself
doing the things on the list.

For each item, pay attention to what feeling comes up when you imagine
yourself in that scenario.

If you feel any resistance, ask yourself what the underlying emotion
is?  Is it fear? It is concern? Is it self-doubt?

This is the place to work on.

Question the resistance, and keep questioning it, until you are able
to move through it.

Private Real Estate

With the price of homes so high, it is undestandable that so many people are wanting to sell and make some money. Even though many people choose to use a real estate agent to sell their home, another option is selling it yourself.

For sale by owner is a term that is becoming more common as more people choose to sell their homes privately.  One website dedicated to homes for sale by owner showcases homes and provides marketing services online, offline, and on your street.

Selling your home yourself will save you even more money (usually anywhere from 3-7%) because you eliminate the fee’s charged by a realtor.

Getting Run Down

20 June, 2008 (11:47) | Law Of Attraction | By: karen

Our natural state of being is vibrant, happy to be alive. Yet, there can be times when we feel run down and worn out. This does not mean that we are lazy or unfit for the tasks in our lives; it means that we need to recharge our batteries and find a way of keeping them charged. Vitamins and extra rest can be very helpful in restoring our physical bodies. And if we are willing to delve deeper, we may discover that there is an underlying cause for our exhaustion.

Whenever you are feeling run down, take an honest look at how you have been thinking, feeling and acting. You will likely find a belief, behavior pattern or even a relationship that is out of alignment with who you really are. Perhaps you believe you have to be perfect at everything or you have been bending over backwards to get people to like you. Maybe you are dealing with mild depression or simply have too much on your plate right now. There may also be people or situations in your life which are draining your energy. Once you get clear on the root cause, you can weed it out and better direct your flow of energy in the future.

In time, you might notice that the reasons you feel run down have less to do with how much you are doing and more to do with the fact that in your heart, you would rather be doing something else entirely. From now on, try and listen to what your heart really wants. It may take meditation, or just a moment of silent tuning in to gain the clarity you need, but it is well worth the effort. When you know what you truly want to do, and honor that in all situations, you will find that getting run down is a thing of the past.

Preliminary Notices

As any business owner knows, collecting payments from a client is the number one process to have in place. Because payments are the life line of any business, it is important to have a strategy in place for payment collection.

Unfortunately, for one reason or another, payments from clients can be late, or worse, they don’t come at all. In these unlikely situations it may be necessary to start the process of issuing preliminary notices to these clients. Usually once the notice is issued, the payment will be forthcoming.

Businesses who might have to spend hundreds, or even thousands, of dollars to try to collect payments may be will to accept a payment plan to recover the money that is owed to them.

For businesses, and consumers alike, having a open line of communication around payments may help to erase any potential billing and invoicing issues. By being clear on the terms of payment, and on the due date, a business will experience less late payments and unpaid invoices.

The New Dodge Nitro

Why is it that spring time makes us want to purchase a new vehicle?  Maybe it is the weather, or maybe we are longing for change after the long winter, who knows.

Recently, I was driving down the street and a vehicle caught my eye - it was stylish yet unusual at the same time. Upon getting closer I saw that this was one of the new Dodge Nitro’s, one of the hottest, most talked about new vehicles around. The  new Dodge Nitro vehicle has so many features that it is a favorite amoung families and individuals alike.

One fun thing I plan to do is visit a local Dodge dealership, like the dodge nitro san diego dealership, and take one of these fun vehicles for a test drive.

I really like the look of the Dodge Nitro, so it may be worth my while to investigate it further as a potential new vehicle for me.
